This year is the year where i've been hearing my friend getting engaged, apply flat and planning to settle down. Sometimes i wonder isn't it too early to settle down when one doesn't even have a very very stable career path. For me, when i'm like in my 16s or 17, i would wish to settle down with a very loving husband at the age of 26?
But as i grow older, i realised that one has to have the ability to set up a family, this definitely involve having a stable career with good income. If a marriage has to rely on parents' money then i rather not have one.
Probably u might find that i am too pessimistic or very materialistic. I'm just being realistic.
A wedding and setting up a family requires alot of money and if i have to depend on parents for the source of money then wad's the point of getting married??? And if get marry w/o a stable finance, couples might end up quarrelling because of financial problems.
A perfect, memorable wedding is most of the ladies' dream, i guess. With good ambience, good setting, good food and the perfect partner.
Furthermore, for me, wedding is once in a lifetime, I will want something really nice and memorable. This indicates that Something nice = alot of money required, thus to save all these money i probably will need 5 years.. lol..
When the time come, i would want a really memorable and romantic proposal, but sometimes when it really hit me, it might be hard to reject even its not an ideal one. But I SHALL STICK to my own principles, No memorable proposal, no agreement. LOL. Alright, I am not being hard to please, i just find its a once a life thing, so definitely gonna be something different right???
Talking about weddings, i thought only artistes get sponsorship for their gowns, dining and cakes etc. But i didn't know that bloggers like Xiaxue also get alot of sponsorships. Haha.
Happened to read her blog yesterday and realised that she hired a wedding planner from Venetta Lopez wedding planner company too. She got a few sponsors from different company for her gowns and some wedding stuff. Never know that even a blogger can attract people to sponsor her wedding. Cool isn't it?? Haha..
Well i guess its another form of advertising strategy thru her blog too.
A win win situation.
