Now i truly understand the meaning of one praise from customer can last u one whole day
but one complaint can last me a week...
so happy tat today pple praise my voice so nice and sweet... *oops* Blush...
1st time man!! i shld work harder to this man!!! mus drink honey to make my voice sweeter..

today i tot i will kena complaint by customer cos i transfer her call over w/o telling her that i'm transfering her call over to that person (the person whom customer dun wanna talk to..)
but heng customer was pacified if not i died straight like nobody business...
haiz..hard to be CSO man!! but i still like serving pple..dunno why...sometimes when they are happy with my service i feel super happy.. *grinz*
