gosh..today is my official 1st day as in 1 whole day taking the calls
i managed to take 33 calls..
but also got kena by my customers..
haiz..
really need to buck up on my communications..
always forget to close the conversation by saying : " thank you for calling OCBC bank, good bye"

everytime i wana say tat seems to get a tongue tight..
oh my..guess kinda lousy CSO i am ar..
toopid stahlseele still dare to say so easy...*splashing cold water on me*
ok lor..is not really tat easy la..
but as long as u can get ur info at ur fingertips u can be a bank CSO as well i guess...

tml is another day again...sianz..hope all calls is asking for funds credited..
