Today got a new colleague join to my team
she's joanna a mix chinese and indian ger..
she is 25 this yr..i tot that today the new ger would be the same age as me
but too bad..i still the youngest and the most inexprience ger there..
anyway today got abit of training
got a one to one training today.Get to see how they handle customers and recording down the records.
I was listening to Ivy, my colleague, inbound calls too. but mine is MUTE so only she can talk to the customer.
I jus listen to their conversation
their conversation was sweet and short
and their way of handling their customers was gd.
i wonder can i do it tat way
sometimes wanna give up upon seeing the way to handle customers and the things not to tell them if not is breach of secrecy.
but sometimes i see them i wil tel myself "if they can do it why cant i?? we are both humans too..although i might be the stupidest of all."
so i wont feel so bad liao..
shld persever one manz!! hope can pass everything..heez..
