My 1st day as a Customer service bank office at OCBC bank was still ok lor..
I've been stoning infront of my computer when i got back from lunch..
Because my Buddy ask me go see the company website and know more about the company..

Anyway early in the morning stepping in a very familar yet unfamilar environment, all my feelings are so totally different.
I no longer step into the 42nd storey but the 12th storey..
DownGraded..lolz..Or DemOted..haha

Hmm..went to 40th storey to get my things down and get my OCBC staff pass.
When i got my pass, kinda proud yeah..
den the HR guy ask me go down to 12th storey to BB-CSC which stands for Business Banking Commerical Service Centre...or isit Customer service Centre? cant remember la..
anyway after tat went down to see my supervisor Judy and Angelynn.

I'm in their ONLINE team as in taking inbound calls and solving the corporate problems on loans, credit card and other stuff..

Den Angelynn pass me over to my Buddy, Jane Lam, who takes care of me and introduce me to the staff and so on. Nv noe there's buddy system at OCBC bank.
Jane is a very nice ger and pretty too..She treat me for lunch and take gd care of me. (^.^)(V)

Ohya i guess i'm the youngest ger at the OCBC bank le..
cos everyone saw me they wil say:"wah u so young..how old ar?"
Me:"20 lor. Jus graduated"
they:"wah so young ar?? aiyo.."

lolz..ok tat makes my day bloom..lolz..

tml gonna start my training lessons liao cos tml there's another new ger coming too..
my ONLINE team one..
gotta pay attention to the lessons if not cant pass the test given to us.
