Today is a low tolerance and low patience day for lavena and me.

After every calls, we will start to mumble/complain to ourselves or to each other about the customer.

Basically today my tolerance level is 10% only.

Patience level is 0%.

Bad mood.

Low morale, low motivation.

I need to rest.

I wanna sleep.

Tired. Tired. Tired.
