oh my..today jus finish my 2nd round of stimulation and i finally managed to pass it la..
however i was commented on my bad transverse of english..i guess my english gotta polish up abit la..
my english is really sux..

den after lunch, finally is my turn to take real life calls..
oh my..but luckily i took the calls at ard 4pm..somemore Dawan, my colleague, was sitting next to me coaching me as well..but did a lot of blunders and stuffs..
Customer scold me for letting her to wait so long jus to check whether her cheque has been cleared!!
oh my...is U suay cos u kena me, a newbie!!lolz..

oh well, gotta buck up my soft skills liao..if not i die...
shld start speaking in English to everyone from today onwards..
pls dun talk to me in Chinese anymore..lolz..oOps..
